  • I have delivered key notes and created customized curriculums for up to 200 people, ranging from universities to corporations.

It is my #1 intention to help people see how worthy they are at their core and for that to translate into the bottom line. Very often, it is the same approaches to personal and professional development that impact both wellbeing and performance.

  • I started coaching university students and consultants on career and professional goals in 2011 at a leading career agency on a college campus in Sweden.

In 2018, I did my formal coaching training at the University of San Diego school of Leadership and became and ICF-certified coach.

  • I've studied the work of Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Chris Germer at the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion and am a Certified Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion. In addition to offering this work at the newly created Center for Mindfulness at San Marcos State University, my latest courses were offered at the Center for Wellbeing at the Medical School at the University of Illinois to support nurses, therapists, doctoral students and the general public.

I am also a Trained Teacher of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and have put together trainings and Key Notes for C-suites, non-profits, and business accelerators.

  • I ran an organization for over 2,000 moms for four years. I especially enjoy working with purpose-driven women who have a yearning to feel connected to themselves and something greater. There is often a background feeling of anxiety and “not enoughness.” They want the support of a trusted partner to help them execute with a pragmatic holistic approach.

Why Integrative Leadership Coaching?

  • PwC and the Association Resource Center concluded that the average ROI for companies investing in executive coaching was seven times the initial investment. At the time, corporate America was spending about $1 billion annually on coaching.

  • There is a growing realization that providing coaching opportunities to workers at all skill levels—even entry-level employees who are fresh out of school—creates a more productive work culture, as it helps shape the leaders of tomorrow.

  • Approximately 38 percent of U.S. adults age 18 years and over use some form of complementary and alternative medicine — including meditation — according to a nationwide government survey released by the National Health Interview Survey (NHIS), an annual study in which tens of thousands of Americans are interviewed.

  • A mindful leader is more attuned to their environment and other people's feelings while also managing their own emotions and stress levels. This helps them choose, and inspire others to take, an appropriate course of action despite difficult circumstances.

Practicing mindfulness can help professionals minimize productivity barriers. Just 10 minutes of daily mindfulness practice can dramatically impact one's productivity.

What used to be referred to as “soft skills” are now being highlighted as essential for performance as research and practice show the overwhelming impact of emotional intelligence, resilience and emotion regulation training within successful teams and organizations.
